No matter who you are, iShop Xtras has a shipping option just for you. iShop Xtras offers several solutions, all of which include a tracking number so you'll always know right where your package is! Read on for a more in depth knowledge of iShop Xtras' shipping policies.

We Use...

iShop Xtras uses any combination of the following providers to ship your order: United Postal Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (Fed Ex), DHL, or other shipping providers. Our typical shipping provider is the United Postal Service.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer several options for shipping ranging in cost between $5 and $25 depending on how fast you would like your items. Estimates are available on the shopping cart page.

How Long Until My Package Arrives?

We offer a variety of shipping options that you may take advantage of. These options range from ground shipping (up to 6 or 7 days, only available in continental US), to next day by noon. Orders are usually shipped same day, and in some cases the next business day if all products are in stock. We provide a tracking number that may be used on the shipping providers website to track the status of your package as it makes its way from our warehouse in Oregon to you. In some cases a tracking number will not be available. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email in an order update notification. In most cases your package has already been shipped when you receive this tracking number. The actual price of shipping may vary from the estimates displayed on iShop Xtras checkout shipping page.

What If My Package Becomes Lost Or Damaged?

In the rare case of a lost package, please contact the shipping provider with the tracking number we sent you. Lost packages are extremely rare because of the tracking service provided with nearly every package sent. Damaged products are also an unlikely case. We use quality-packaging material to ensure that items are not damaged during the shipping process. If you would like a refund or replacement item sent please view our return policies located here.
