Plain and simple, if your not happy, neither are we. Send back your items, in new or like new condition for a full refund. We cannot refund shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by clicking on the appropriate order ID on your order status page located here.

You simply need to request a refund using the form and we will then issue you a Return Authorization Number and tell you where to send your items. Please make sure you write the RMA number we issued you on the outside of your return package. We must receive the products back within the 30 days since you purchased them in order to be able to issue you a refund. Upon receiving your product we will issue you a refund either via the way you paid (cash and check orders will be less the postage cost) or by a gift voucher.
